Product Description :

- One of the main functions is to separate water from the fuel. Water can enter the fuel system through condensation in the fuel tank or from contaminated fuel sources. If water reaches the engine, it can cause corrosion, fuel system icing (in colder climates), and potentially damage engine components.
- They also use centrifugal force to separate water and contaminants from the fuel. The spinning motion inside the separator causes heavier contaminants and water to move outward toward the walls of the separator, where they are collected and drained out, leaving clean fuel to continue to the engine.
