Proto J9521 Screw Extractor
Proto J9521 Screw Extractor
- Screw extractors come in various sizes, so make sure to select the extractor that matches the size of the screw or bolt you’re trying to remove. If the screw is exceptionally stubborn, you may need to try a larger extractor or apply a penetrating lubricant to help loosen it. Using a wrench or pliers that fit onto the square or hexagonal end of the screw extractor, turn it counterclockwise. The extractor’s reverse-threaded design will grip the screw threads and start to turn it counterclockwise.
